RYHC Captures Two More Twin Oaks Cups: Undefeated Squirts (16-0-4) win Championship; Mites (18-1-1) Cap Great Season with Championship

(Twin Oaks Ice Rink – Morristown, NJ) – The Ridge Youth Hockey Club continued its winning ways going a combined 34-1-5, by sweeping the Mite and Squirt Division championships last weekend in the competitive Twin Oaks Fall & Winter League. The Squirt team who went undefeated in the regular season (16-0-4) beat Randolph 4-2 in the previous weekend’s playoff game and then went on to soundly defeat The Jersey Wolves 4-0 in the league championship game. The Ridge Mite team (18-1-1) handled The Beacon Hill Club Squirts 9-0 in the previous weekend’s playoff game and then went on to beat a tough Jersey Wolves team 2-0 in the league championship. Congratulations to the Ridge Mite and Squirt teams on bringing home two more championships to the club. The RYHC begins spring league play at Twin Oaks with Mite, Squirt Minor, Squirt Major and Pee Wee level teams. Good luck to all teams and GO RIDGE.
Ridge Mites and Squirts Advance to Twin Oaks Fall/Winter League Finals
Both RYHC Mite and Squirt teams finished their regular seasons in 1st place in the Twin Oaks Fall/Winter League. The teams advanced through the playoffs with sound victories over league rivals and now both face the Jersey Wolves at both levels for the championship.
