The season will consist of approximately 10-games (plus playoffs) & 5/6 RYHC skills sessions run by professional skills instructors. The season begins in early April and ends in early June (approx.). RYHC will release the game schedule as it becomes available from the Twin Oaks League. Skill sessions are for RYHC players only.
Coaches have been determined and will be announced shortly.
Although we anticipate being able to accommodate most if not all players indicating interest, there is a limit (by the league) to the number of roster spots available on teams and we sometimes have interest that well exceeds availability. As is RYHC policy, roster spots will be awarded by veteran status in the club first and wait-list status (if any) from the previous season. The RYHC Board will settle questions over roster eligibility at its discretion.
The RYHC is an independently run USA Hockey registered club & 501©(3) non-profit sports organization, not affiliated with the town rec. program. The RYHC is for Ridge residents only. Those from neighboring towns may inquire about our program, but are subject to established Board provisions on admission into the club based on availability after all qualifying/interested Ridge residents are offered AND unanimous board vote. No checks will be cashed/deposited by RYHC until rosters are confirmed and final. At that time, we will make deposits in full and seek additional fees.
